Back in 2023 with the help of the Michigan State University Fermented Beverages Team, I successfully milled, mashed, lautered, boiled, and fermented my way to bringing Bronzer Beer to life. This first of its kind beer is 4.5% alcohol by volume and contains 10g of protein.
